Cabernet Sauvignon grows well at Standing Stone Vineyards. The vines ripen beautiful fruit for a wine that loves cellar time, but shows off while young. A small amount of Petit Verdot was blended in, for soft earthy flavors complimenting the ripe cherry and black currant undertones, followed by a long, licorice finish.
