2015 Dry Vidal


Tasting Notes: Crisp and clean fruit flavor and texture, with acidity that provides a lovely balance. This wine is an excellent alternative to a dry Riesling; with some light tropical notes on the finish.

Cheese Pairing: Mild cheddar cheeses and smoked gouda.

Food Pairing: Three-cheese ravioli, fish, shrimp and chicken on the grill, smoked trout and fresh salads.

We are the only winery in the Finger Lakes to produce Dry Vidal. This French-American Hybrid was first planted in 1975 on our farmstead, so these vines are well established and the wine full of character. Clean apple and pear flavors with a crisp finish – a perfect summertime wine. Serve this wine with smoked trout, salads, or simply enjoy it on its own.
