Vinification Techniques: Hand picked, indigenous yeast fermentation, fermented in stainless steel with mixture of pumpover and punchdowns, 15% whole cluster inclusion. Aged for 10 months in combination of 225L & 500L neutral Hungarian barrels,and stainless steel, about 70% oak, 30% stainless steel.
