Farm White


Our Farm White is a brand new bottling for the estate and one that represents the white varieties planted at the farm. The Riesling portion of the blend was fermented partially on skins for 12 days before being pressed to finish fermentation. This imparts a delightfully nutty and marmalade-like quality to the wine. The three varieties were then blended together and aged in large format barrels. This wine has wonderful texture and complexity and will pair with nutty and sharp cheeses.
