Teinturier Series
We’re thrilled to introduce the Teinturier Series, a deep dive into the world of Saperavi. Each harvest at the Standing Stone site has only strengthened our fascination with this remarkable grape. Its versatility is impressive, and through the Teinturier Series we showcase a range of styles crafted from our flagship variety.
Saperavi is a teinturier grape, French for “to dye”, a rare trait found in only about a dozen varieties worldwide. Unlike most grapes, Saperavi’s pulp is naturally pigmented, giving us the freedom to create diverse expressions from a single variety. We look forward to sharing them with you!

Great wine is meant to be enjoyed – it should be revisited, shared and celebrated. With our Kabinett loyalty program, your connection to Standing Stone only grows stronger. Once you’ve purchased 24 bottles, you’re in – forever. No fees, no renewals – just exclusive access, benefits, and the joy of being part of the Standing Stone and Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard community.
To join the Kabinett, simply start shopping online or at the Winery. After a brief introduction (name and email will suffice), we will begin counting the number of bottles you’ve purchased and with your 24th bottle, you’ll become a Kabinett member and enjoy a variety of exclusive benefits:
- VIP discounts – 15% on any bottle purchase, 20% on cases
- Flat rate shipping – $15 on 3 to 12 bottles (an average savings of $30+)
